1.Question: How to Use this product ?

Answer: Please use the ewelink zigbee 3.0 hub to work with zigbee pir motion sensor as possible  .

If you use other zigbee 3.0 hub ,maybe cannot compatible in all function even if you can find and add device ,please purchase it cautiously.

2.Question: Is it support alexa or google assistant voice control ?

Answer: After pair the motion sensor with ewelink zigbee gateway ,you can bind device with alexa or  google assistant or alice, the alexa and google voice assistant could notification ‘the motion sensor detected someone’when the motion sensor detect someone.

3.Question:How to use zigbee pir motion sensor to control the smart zigbee light bulb and other zigbee devices automatically?

Answer: You can create smart scene and linkage the compatible zigbee devices such as zigbee bulb ,zigbee door sensor ,zigbee light switch etc.

4.Question: Advertisement have 2 options product optional. if I purchase '1 sensor +1 bracket', so what is the function of the bracket?

Answer: If you pay the option '1pcs sensor ',it only includes 1pcs zigbee pir motion sensor .

If you pay the option '1 sensor +1 bracket',it will include 1pcs zigbee pir motion sensor and 1pcs bracket . The bracket is rotatable.
