Usage :

1. First, prepare a cup of approximately 200ml warm water or diluted salt water (at around 37 degrees Celsius or a temperature that feels comfortable), and use a nasal wash for better results. Then unscrew the inlet of the nasal washing pot, pour the adjusted water into the nasal washing pot, and cover the lid of the nasal washing pot.

2. Grasp the body of the nasal washing pot with your hand, and seal the air hole with your finger without releasing it.

3. Tilt your head forward, open your mouth wide, breathe through your mouth, and align the water outlet of the nasal washing pot with one nostril. Release the air vent, water will automatically flow into the nostril to clean the nasal cavity, and flow out from the other nostril. If you need to pause, just seal the air vent with your finger

4. During use, be sure to open your mouth wide and breathe through your mouth. Do not swallow water to avoid choking. Twice a day, until thoroughly washed.

5. Clean the residual water in the nasal cavity with the Holy Light Breath Adjustment Method (press the left nasal cavity with the middle and ring fingers of the right hand, take a deep breath and exhale quickly 10-20 times, then press the right nasal cavity with the thumb of the right hand.
