1. This product is applicable to vehicles equipped with wired CarPlay or Android Auto, and is compatible with 99% of cars manufactured after 2016.

2. If your car doesn't have Wired Apple Carplay/Android AutoOur products are not supported, please do not buy.

3. How to confirm if your car has wired CarPlay or Android Auto: Connect your phone to the car with a data cable, and you will see a relevant pop-up prompt. Alternatively, you can consult your car sales manager.

4. This device does not support BMW/Tesla/Subaru//Nissan Qashqai/Nissan Murano/Lincoln/Roewe RX8.If you're not sure. You can contact customer service for consultation.

5. This product supports above mobile phones running Android 11 or iOS 10 operating systems.

6. Please enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone, then pair and connect to the device’s Bluetooth signal. Wi-Fi will connect automatically without entering a password.

7. The device prioritizes CarPlay activation. If you switch to an Android phone later, simply pair and connect to the device’s Bluetooth, and the device will switch modes automatically. This process takes 10–15 seconds.

8. If the connection is unstable, try switching the Wi-Fi frequency band. Relevant operations can be found in the user manual.

9. Android cars support Android 11 and above models. Please note that Huawei phones are very unique. Huawei devices have their own mobile operating system HMOS. Unfortunately, Android Auto Wireless does not support HMOS.

10. Do not use this device in damp or wet environments to avoid electric shock or equipment damage.

11. Keep the device well-ventilated and avoid blocking its heat dissipation vents.

Product cannot be transferred across systems.

Carply only work for iPhone,Android AUTO only work for Android phone。

Only wired CarPlay converts to wireless CarPlay.

Wired Android Auto converts to wireless Android Auto.

Cannot support for HUAWEI including not for Honor, not for xiaomi redmi.

Cannot support for BMW/TSL.
